Passenger Seasonal Fluctuation - picoo000 - 01-02-2018

So hello there again.

Today I was thinking about something exciting:
Seasonal Passenger Count.

What I mean with this is that for example for certain periods of the year (Christmas, Summer, Winter, ect...) there should be more passenger flux to the selected destinations.

For example during October, from Kiev (Ukraine) to Lanzarote (Spain) there should be a lower flux of pax like for example during Summer (July, August), where the flux could be around 100-300% more (Random extra pax).

I don't know if this is possible to implement, but if yes, it should be a nice touch to the game. Smile

Seasonal fluctuation is coming along with seasonal scheduling in the next version. Cool

We're still discussing how we are going to implement this.
The end goal is to define a specific fluctuation for each airport.
But we would probably start off with a general fluctuation for all airports together.


Together with this feature, there are some other cool features coming for the next version that will require you to rethink your strategy for every airport you start with.
We will rise the demand calculation to a whole new level. Big Grin
