Employee Management
Some ideas and suggestions to the employee Management (Future development)

Under "Employees" (perhaps rename to Labour Market or Job Market) -----> Flight Schools, perhaps rename "Flight Schools" to "Training Facilities" and split it in subcategories.

Flight School (Building time 3 months) --- without Simulator --- Training time 12 to 18 months and training costs about 150.000€ (2018) per pilot. (Just the pilot license)
Simulator Facility (Type Rating e.g. Airbus A320) ---- (Building time 6 to 9 month) Training time about 2 month and costs 20.000€ (2018) per pilot.
Mechanic School (Building time 6 to 9 month) Trainig time about 3 years and costs 25.000€ (2018) per year and student.
Cabin Training Center (Building time 3 month) Training time about 12 weeks and 1.200€ (2018) per flight attendant.

When hiring pilots from the market, an option for retraining the "new" pilots. ------------ http://www.mediafire.com/file/mc423qha1a...5.png/file

Another employee idea is, when a crew is more then 8 hours on a trip, there must be a second crew at the arrival airport for the return flight.
Crews could be stationed at airports.

The "Type Rating" (Trained Aircrafts) can be summarized for many airliner -------- https://www.easa.europa.eu/sites/default...t_Acft.pdf

For the A318, A319, A320 and A321 there is only one license (A320 familiy)
C-Series from Bombardier under C-Series Aircraft Limited Partnership in the "EASA list"
