Do you have a log file (TAPv2.log) which you can attach here?

I've had a look but the bug doesn't appear to come up in the log

Hi guys, 

I'm not sure who to direct this to, but I am experiencing much of these issues. I can't seem to find the patch to see if that fixes the problem. 

Could someone point me in the right direction?
