Prealpha 10 issue - Loki22Loki - 12-17-2017

On Windows 10, powerful PC
Game starts, and will allow you to select settings for a new game, and will work until you press start game, when the game promptly ceases to respond, and closes. patch was installed, but game untested without patch.
Update, It works okay when starting in 2017, but in 1930 issue is present. Will test 1950.
Update, the software won't start now, backgrading to prealpha 9
