So hello again.

After checking the Services Tab on the Home Menu, there are No Pilots assigned to the company I'm playing with.

I don't know why, but the game just simply don't needs any pilots to fly the airplanes.

Can you guys check it out?

That is actually not a bug, but something which haven't been implemented yet :-)
