Well after having the game for 48hrs, (24hrs with V0.51 and 24hrs with V2) i think i can come to a rough overall judgement.
I do love this game, its complexity and detail is incredible however i just want to make a couple of suggestions...
1. When creating routes you have to schedule individual planes, although i love the depth this in my mind is a little to detailed, i'd prefer if for this specific section there was an option which allowed you to pick a fleet of A/C and the time of departure and the game automatically schedules the flights. Also instead of always selecting individual days have a way to select multiple days, i.e. if i want to fly EGLL-LFPG on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, select all 3 instead of doing it 1 by 1
2. Seasons.... This is the one thing i hate about V2, sorry but if i have a network of say 50 destinations and every 'season' i have to replace all the planes i'm gonna start to get annoyed! My suggestion for this would be that every season you get an email with the average usage i.e. 77% and then you can change it accordingly.
3. A/C configs, now for this example i'll use an EK A380 irl, it has in a 3 class ULR config, 14 in F, 76 in J and 400 in Y, if i made that A/C in the game and set the F seats to Suites with 14, J seats, to fully flat with 76 and Y seats to standard, it gives me around 500 Y seats.... I believe this just needs some adjusting same with all the larger A/C like 747/777/A340 etc....
Now that the rant is over xD I do love the game honestly!
Just needs a few improvements to become excellent as well as the stability!
It's got a bright future, keep it up!
(Oh and you more experienced players/developers may be able to spot that some of what i have said is possible (point 1/2) if it is let me know!)

1. This has been requested a lot lately, and actually was meant to be part of the game. I'll see if I can further automate scheduling.
However, the routescheduler does get close to what you are asking for. (accessed in the routes overview, by clicking on the airliner icon).
In this scheduler, you set the departure time and the game gives you a list of aircraft that can execute the flight at the given time.
2. The vanishing flights was a bug, so that should be solved with the next patch.
We will also be looking for a way to report the statistics a bit better.
3. This is also a known bug, but it takes some time fixing the data.
Thanks again! I love inputs from new players as I try to get the learning curve as gentle as possible.

1. I see what you mean! just would be easier if it was broken down into fleets e.g. 777-300ER (8F42J300Y) , 777-300ER (42J442Y)
2. So in theory every season i shouldn't have to reset the planes to the flights? any eta on the update?
3. One more thing, i can't seem to schedule flights between 23:00 and 05:00, and ik OMDB is open then!

Regarding the next patch then it should be released Tuesday or Wednesday this week :-)

I'm excited! Any new features coming? i.e. bringing the buy using loan and pay on delivery feature for V1?

The fix pack will not contain any new features, so for those you will have to wait :-)
