Different fare types - An_Dr_EW - 04-12-2018

A feature I hope can be added soon is the different fare types that exist in real life. I think 3 fare types for each class (saver, regular, flex) is a good number to have. Since the game already separates tourist and business passengers, it can simply have most of the business passengers buying regular and flex while most tourists buy saver and regular.
