custom airline - mp4c - 03-30-2020

I discovered that during the creation of a custom airline the game freezes, then crashes when I change the start year of the airline from the default year.

I just tested this again to be sure.
The game doesn't crash but gets flagged as 'not responding' by Windows.
This doesn't necessarily mean it's crashing. It means the current action takes a long time and Windows thinks it's stuck in a loop or something and gives you the option to let the program crash.

Changing the year takes a long time because it has to check for every country and airport if it still exists or if there are new countries and airports to put in the list.
I will change this in the upcoming version of TAP to be more efficient.
