Today, (1st January 2020), Former Connect Airways boss, Michael Erikson, announced the launch of new leisure airline Escape Holidays UK. Based at Manchester Airport (MAN), the Airline will operate initially to 8 European, 1 Canadian, 1 US and 2 Caribbean Airport. Director of Route Development, Andrew Horsfield said "We are proud to launch today and proud to be the first UK Airline to operate flights into Havana as well as operate to the usual holiday destinations you have come to expect but lacking since the collapse of Thomas Cook."
Initially, the airline will operate a fleet of 4 Boeing 737 MAX 200 Aircraft owned by the airline and a Boeing 787-8 leased from Dutch Lessor Company Aerocap International. The airline is currently accepting applications from former Monarch and Thomas Cook Staff to fill its vacancies. For more information visit www.escapeholidays.com

History Following the Lufthansa buy out of Connect Airlines Group in December 2019, the former Management team lead by former CEO Michael Erikson, launched the Escape Holidays Groups based at Manchester Airport.
They intend to launch seasonal routes globally from March 2020. Destinations

I mean, I am annoyed with way demand is done in this game as winter flights from the UK to Grenoble are usually fully booked for skiing trips. But because i operate on Route Realism rather than "In-Game demand realism" i kinda ignore it haha |
