I think it would be go if you could change the cabin class to stop buy a new airline
For e.g like have just business for the winter but change it to just economy in summer then Change it back  to business which you can't do

Just to be sure you mean that it should be easier to change the cabin classes for an airliner instead of having to "rebuilt" the whole aircraft?
