Issue with "Via Flights" (replace airliner)

The route is Frankfurt-Kuala Lumpur-Sydney (FRA-KUL-SYD) 1976 with Boeing 747-200B.
Cant replace the airliner with a newer Boeing 747-200B. Might be a problem with range of the route and the airliner.

Can someone confirm that with other long range "via" routes?

Issue with airport Cincinnati (CVG)

Create routes from and to CVG works fine, but when saved a game it crashes.

Can't create a route between Abu Dhabi and Istanbul, one or both airports dont serve international flight. But both do?

2015 and Custom Airline

Tested IST-AUH with the parameter "custom airline and start year 2015". The custom airline has no license for this route, just domestic.

Choose another license at the beginning (Long Haul) and it works - http://www.mediafire.com/file/n6ij117xru...c%2031.png

If that's the case the error message should change to having the wrong license.

Issue with subsidiary 

Start a new game with original cargo airline works. Create a subsidiary with original cargo airline works not.



Issue with flightplanner (Cargo Route) under "Routes - Airliners". After creating a flight, the game crashes when you click on that flight.

The game crashes also when buying new airliners (Cargo) and trying to config the airliner classes.
