Cannot Create Lines whilst the destinations show up

Hi guys.

So, this was a problem what I noticed yesterday.

Here are the details for pjank to recreate:

- Playing ONLY Europe
- Starting Country: Czechoslovakia
- Starting Year: 1989
- Other Airlines: 50
- Starting Airport: Bratislava BTS - M.R.Stefanik
- Company: New Company
-- Name: Sky M
-- IATA: 0M
-- Country: Czechoslovakia
-- Airport: Bratislava BTS - M.R.Stefanik

Route:
- Bratislava BTS - London Stansted.

When the airport accepts me, I was not able to create a line. It doesn't matter how many times I clicked on the Create button, it doesn't do anything, just stood on the same page (create line page).

Can you check it, where the problem is?

I did some testing.

It appears that you can't create a route if:
-the game is paused
-and you're playing with your self created airline

From what I see regarding this issue, it is actually not a bug but missing error message. The reason for that is, that the a custom created airline only has a domestic license, and you try to create an international route. This is of course not possible but I see in the code, that I forget to notice the user that it is the reason why you can't create the route

Ah, I forgot about that..  

Can you implement the setting where you choose what license your custom airline starts with?
A domestic license in Belgium is ridiculous, as there are no domestic flights.

Edit: oh, I see I can create flights within the schengenzone with my domestic license.

I have added the possibility of selecting license when creating a custom airline :-)
