game does not open

i open the game .exe,and wait 30min and guess what,it didn't start,like,not even a window.
log adds this: "10/10/2019: 22:08 System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'TheAirlineProjectV2.Infrastructure.Model.CollectionsModel.CachedCollection`1' threw an exception. ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Configuration system failed to initialize ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Unrecognized configuration section startup. Did you properly extract the zip filder?
Do you have the latest version of .net framework installed?

if 4.8 is the latest version,yes.
i did extract the ,zip file properly  (if properly is by extracting with windows explorer)

It is crashing because it doesn't recognize your entity frameworks.
I suggest re-downloading and re-installing Entity Frameworks. Perhaps try 4.7.2 this time.
The Entity Frameworks should be 4.7.2 or higher, but maybe there is an issue with 4.8.
