The thing I notice from your video, is that just before the saving of the game, all orders and some of the manufacturers vanish from the screen. I think that might be the issue, because I have no issues loading the game and entering the order new airliner page. I will have to see what happens if I uses Australian settings.

I did do test with different date and time formats it didn't make any difference.

It is not a fix but it writes to a log file (TAPv2test.log) and then attach the content of that here, so I might have a chance of figuring out where the issue is?

Do i need to start another game or can i load a save game?

What happens does it generate a log?

It generates a log file called tapv2test.log in your game directory when you click on the order new aircraft button
