After playing an old version of the game I am asking myself a not unimportant question:

Why are every year on Jan 1 all prices raising automatically? I mean really all, including the % for discounts for employees, military etc. - Perhaps it should be an option to be asked on Jan 1 if you want to raise prices and fees or not and if you cann decide yourself WHICH of them may be raised. But definitely not the discounts Big Grin
