It's not really a bug, but a performance issue.

Edit: I just tested it myself, turns out there are only 21 airlines in the game at 1930.
So it probably is a bug. (my game worked like a charm with those 21 airlines)

There is this known bug where some airlines cause the game to get stuck.
Do you remember what airline you were playing with?

I was playing on Worldwide play with max AI's, and even cargo AI's. 
I have created my own airline for that. Smile

It just got stuck there and was not moving at all. Sad
