I think I found a few other things to improve on that scheduler for the next major release. Smile

I don't know what went wrong. Simply I think that the game decided to overlap them. 

I was able to recreate the same exact thing once more today, so I don't know where the problem might be, but maybe the Automatic Flight Scheduler (the one with the aircraft sign in the Routes menu) is unstable and thinks that there is no route on the airliner that time, so it creates an overlap.
I don't know if it effects the incomes or it doesn't, but it's bad to see it going on and on. Sad
