Ok, I was able to recreate the bug now. pfew ^^
I'll do some further testing tomorrow. At this point I found two possible causes:
-Either the first flight was created and scheduled. After that, the second flight was created and scheduled.
-Or you can somehow slightly overlap flights if one airport has coordinated slots while the other doesn't.
I did find out the earliest the second flight can depart is 2 hours after the first leg of flight 2 has arrived, no matter how long the first flight is.
While testing this I also found another bug: if I don't schedule a return flight for the first flight, I can schedule a second flight from the original airport 1h48m after arrival of the first leg, even though the aircraft can never get back in time for that second flight.
