I think I found the problem:

We have a system in place that automatically applies for new slots if you're trying to create a new frequency, but there are no slots left.
Apparently it's not working that well. Big Grin While it does apply for new slots, it doesn't add the new flight.
At the moment you have to close and reopen the scheduler to use the new acquired slot.
