Quote:The starting funds should be taken as loan and 10 years running time for example. Nobody gets something for free. Tongue
In addition, takeing loan be limited at the beginning. No income, no loan. Build trust with the credit institutions.
writing it down for our economics update.
Quote:Also an idea would be, a newly founded airline (starting new game) starts with the lowest license. After a reliable operation an extended
license can be applied for long haul flights, for example as in India (5 years domestic flights without problems and 20 airliners in the fleet).
You are able at the moment to create a fantasy airline with any license you want.
I'm in favour of getting a slightly more in depth license system. But restricting new companies to domestic flights is not how it works IRL? (Eg.: Air Belgium starting with a Brussels to Hong Kong route)
Quote:Maintenance may be outsourced to maintenance companies like "Lufthansa Technik" or "AFI KLM E&M" for the C/D checks.
yup, part of the economics/AI update as well.
Quote:A newly founded airline should not be listed at the stock market at the beginning and an IPO be possible later.
I'm not educated very well on the stock market, but isn't it possible for a starting company to immediately go on the market?
Perhaps companies should be able to start with owning 100% of the stock?
Actually I'd like to improve the 'create new game' screen with some new features at some point.
In this new screen you'd be able to set your starting capital, starting loan, starting fleet.
A new idea to add to this (that you just gave me) would be a starting investor and giving him part of the stock. (thus in exchange for the money)
