By starting, do you mean pressing the play button?
You can't start the route until it is confirmed. (wait until season start if you made the season deadline)

Then after starting the route, you have to refresh the page. (go to routes again)


For selecting destinations:
If one of the airports is coordinated, and you don't already have applied for the slots before the season deadline, you need to select 'for next season'.


If these were not the causes, can you send us images showing the problem?
