Can you clear your tapv2.log file, try to run the game and post the new crash report here?

We might have fixed the previous issue, and you could have run into another one..

One last thing I can think of:
remove all files in data/general/weather
We used to have an issue with some Nordic (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian) letters, but I don't remember if it was related to the German language.
