"Rarotonga International Airport" has the correct runway length. The take off and landing on shorter runways with less payload is not yet implemented and that's why you can't use the 767-300 in Rarotonga. This feature is currently missing.

"Queenstown Airport" has the wrong runway length and has been corrected. But there will be the same problem with the 737-300 in Queenstown as in Rarotonga with the 767-300.
