I have fixed the thing with the airliner being set to the first entry everything you change a parameter in the selector. Regarding the bug I think I have identified the issue, so I will try to fix it. My main issue is that it is hard for me to recreate :-)

At first I found it hard to recreate too.
But it is actually quiet easy:
create your first flight. Then when creating your second flight, set the departure time to be as soon as possible. (in the auto-scheduler)
Then if you watch the schedule in the airliner schedule, you will see it overlaps.
