Patch v11.4

Because there was some bugs in patch 11.3 I have decided to make a quick release of 11.4 which should have fixed the game crashing issues.

thanks for the update. Maybe an idea for the neext versions/updates: Adding a second download-file only containing the updated files, so you don't have useless files downloaded.

he needs the entire game so when people download it for the first time they get the entire game already patched

yeah, but he can upload a second file, for users with a previous version of the game. For the update from 11.3 to 11.4 I just needed files around 10MB. And not all files of the 320MB game. This will reduce the downloadtime and the needed bandwith
