Updated Airport Pax Usage for all European airports

Hi guys.

I got some time to update the European airports to the year 2017 usage numbers. Some of them were waaaay below the real stat numbers, so I updated them.

A quick question to Tjoeker and/or Pjank:
the numbers have to be divided by 1000, right?
For example if I have an airport where the yearly usage was 15.300.000, I have to write 15300 in the .xml?

Yes, that's how it is.
The data is correct at the moment for 2012.
But it's more than ok if you update the numbers!

 A precise list no, sorry. I have updated 80% of the airports, mostly the ones which were over 100k pax usage.

Well, after a long testing period I would suggest adding this list to the game for some change.
It would be better if the scheme was dynamic, but for now I think it’s impossible.
