It seems like you have an issue with the data files being locked.
"attempt to write a readonly database"

So either you are able to kill the process trying to read the data.sqlite file or else you would need to delete it, and copy it from the zip-file

I have already deleted the files and redownloaded multiple times and the same outcome applies, how would i kill the process?

Then it is not the process. Have you tried starting the game as administrator?

It hasn#t even opened when i tried to run as administrator!

Game stuck at 31.03.2020. Airline: Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter, Fleet: 2x Dash-8 Q400 and 1x CS100

Also, the game sent 8x the March summary and is still stuck

Do you have anything in the log file (tapv2.log)
