Hey,
at random points in my game it seems that some routes seem to disapear from aircraft's schedule's, for example i used to have 22 flights a week from Kuala Lumpur > Perth but now it says zero, i looked at the aircraft supposed to fly the route and they have huge gaps where KUL>PER should be.

Did this happen in other occasions as well? I can't recreate it.
Do you have some more information for me?
How did you schedule the flights?
Were the flights in the middle of a tight schedule? (eg less than 10 minute gap between this flight and the other flights)
What were the other flights in the schedule?
What year was it?

I guess not but,
you did not accidentally remove the next season schedule?
The airliners lease was not ended?
The airliners were well maintained?
Did anyone come across the same issue?

This happens to me as well. In most cases it seems to occur with routes where I might have forgotten to set next season's schedule properly.
I have also noticed setting a schedule for the full year, then clicking the 'clear schedule' button, does not clear the schedule for next season though. Only the current season. This is unintuitive and may be the cause for bug reports like this. I would suggest doing something about that design, and then seeing if this issue is reported again after that change.

Porque no los dos? Having a button to clear 'this' schedule and a button to clear 'all' schedules would be useful in any case, and the language you've suggested is probably more clear as well. I think they're both good ideas.

This has now been fixed. Thanks for reporting.
The additional clear button has also been implemented.
