Major routes getting no occupancy.

I started as United in 2018, bought a couple of A321neos.

As usual, i sorted airports by region and pax capacity. Three of my routes were Chicago O'Hare > Calgary, Toronto  & George Bush Int Respectively.
Under the route creation page there was an "extremely high demand" for all of these routes, yet they are only occupied at 1%
I experimented with these flights leaving at different times, at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 & 16:00, yet there was still only a 1% occupancy rate

I leased 6x A321neo for the 3 routes (all daily flights) and tested your routes with United (2018).

Filling degree was about 93%

I only found during playing that the feeling degree was below 20%, meaning that seat sales were not optimal. Chances are you have misconfigured the seats so ticket sales are not optimal
