Boeing 797/nma

I'm trying to add the Boeing 797 into my game, I've used the database editor to put it into the game and loaded the game fine then the game crashes when I try to change the seat configuration in the game.

I've found the Boeing seat configuration file and added at the bottom the Boeing 797 by copying the 787 (for now), All I've done is changed the names and saved but now my game won't load. It will load with the standard Boeing configuration file.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm not experienced with this but have added the a321xlr and that works fine, any help will be greatly appreciated

Would you mind sharing the data you have in the database?
I'm assuming there is a mistake with the cabinlength: you might be trying to fit too many rows in too little space or so.

Length 3300/3615

Ok, my assumption is wrong.

Can you share both the database and the configuration file?
That will allow us to fix it the quickest.


Another guess I can make is that in the configuration file you pasted the 797 configuration at the end of the file.
Perhaps you pasted it after the last line: </configurations>? This always has to be the last line.

yes, '</configurations>' should be the last line. Nevermind the question mark.
I was thinking you might have put the copied B787 configuration after '</configurations>' because you said you pasted it at the end of the document.

I'm at work too at the moment, I'll check this evening what might be the issue if you post it.

You're missing '</configurations>' at the end of the file. Just add this.

I also see that the place where you're placing the last service/exit rows is behind the end of your cabin.
In the code, we anticipated this. But you might try changing the values set as '3615' to the length of your cabin of your B797.
