Pilot Assignment

So.... just tried this game for a bit. Some fiddling around and I managed to get my planes actually to fly

But I am a tad confused. I started by chartering a 787. All fine and dandy, until I realized the pilot I had employed was certified for 777-200ER and I couldnt recertify him.

But for some odd reason I managed to get it flying anyway, without said pilot. "Great, probably a wet lease on the planes, awesome!"

I managed to get some profit and while the money rolled in I opened a pilot school and trained some 787 pilots. 

Making enough money I managed to order my very own 787. It got delivered, I assigned it to a route and off we went!

First I thought that pilots maybe get assigned automatically but thats not the case. All my pilots are unassigned, but my airplanes keep flying anyway.

So my question is actually two; How do I assign a pilot to a specific plane? And howcome my planes are flying when I dont have a pilot in them?

currently some elements are not yet implemented.

You can hire them, but at the moment you don't need pilots to fly an aircraft and that will come in one of the next versions.

The employee system is still work in progress.
