So, are you sure it isn't Windows related?

Rather not as I downloaded prealpha 8 just a few days ago and it was working like it works for everyone, also did not install anything on Win that could change it.
Changing screen resolution does not help either.

When you play a bit with a window dimensions then "let your dreams fly" is visible and when you stretch it on the taskbar, then there is something else visible too, but can't say what as taskbar makes things blurry.

Another edit:
After moving the taskbar to the right edge and stretching the window to the bottom of the screen I can finally see the top of the "next" in airline selection menu.

On what resolution r u all playing?

I put my screen resolutions to the lowest, and still everything showed fine.
Be sure to click the top right button if you want to go full screen. (although it should start on full screen)

Of course I could plug it to my tv and play on 1900xsomething, but this is not the solution and yes, I am also not sure why the game stars just in the window mode (even tho it's trying to be on the full screen).

I found this workaround with moving task bar from the bottom to the right side of the screen so I will test more important in-game stuff instead of whining bout problems with the resolution

No no, the resolution thing is important.
it's something we've been working on and it apperantly doesn't work as expected on every resolution. (anyone else having trouble with this?)

I didn't do the coding, I don't know exactly what pjank changed. But I expect it has something to do with that.

So after some playing:

- still not all data is visible in certain menus (airports - sections below are not visible, some buttons in mailbox are overhanging over buttons)
- game is somehow running slow, scrolling is not smooth
- can't find where to change license from domestic to other
- when making timetable and flight is like around one hour, then the icon on time schedule does not look that pretty as it looked in v1
- game crashes when in the timetable one is trying to add flight in the time when there is already other flight scheduled
- fast growing income (but that's something i love) with one leased plane and just one active route (2 flights a day)
- timetable making: i am not a fan that after adding one flight, the return flight is added automatically, cause in v1 i sometimes had flights from A to B to C to A without classic stopovers but I guess it's just first approach on timetables

Can you explain this a little better or give us the log?
I can't seem to reproduce this bug.

You can just deselect 'schedule return flight'?
Question: do you mostly fly in these triangles (A-B-C-A) or more point to point flights (A-B; A-C)?
We had 'schedule return flight' autoselected because I thought players mostly fly back as soon as possible.

Sorry that I did not explain that one thing more clearly, but my head is dizzy from using four languages daily recently 
So, I had a flight from A to B with return B to A at 6 o'clock, then another at 11 and then was trying to add another at 2 o'clock but it happened that the one from 11 o'clock hadn't still departed at A airport and one of my favorites windows from v1 appeared - the game stop responding   
I can also paste a log, just need a hint where to find it, mentally i am still in the previous version 
With that deselecting - silly me       
Once again - it looks very promising, hopefully AI will be also smarter than in v1 (but that's a long shot). You should focus now on optimizing the performance, cause it is the most urgent thing I guess. 
And I do not want to sound like some ass    but v1 is more visually appealing to me, however I think if v2 will be stable, fast - then i will quickly forget bout the love i have for v1 
Anw, whatever pjank is going to do - he has my support as it's the only game on such scale you can play offline and those played in web browser or IOS are not my cup of tea (just hate micro transactions).

You can find the log file (called TAPv2.log) in the same folder as the exe-file, and currently I am fully focused on the performance :-) And so far it has been optimized.

Regarding the GUI I hope you get used to it :-)
