My vision for this game

long story short i hope this game evolves (not now for sure maybe later releases) to be centred on a character you create (an airline manager) and then either start unemployed and get offers from smaller airlines or manage a specific airline straight up or even found your own airline. you'll be doing all the stuff you do nowa nd more. also your job stability would depend on the board of investors satisfaction with your work.
Much like the concept of FM from SI/Sega, this will be a game changer.

That is actually the almost exact idea my son asked me to implement some time ago, so I promised him to look at it, which is why it is currently on the to do list :-)

Of course it will only be an addition to the game and not planned for the next releases meaning not a part of the current roadmap, but just on the todo list :-)

as i said you can found your own airline meaning you'll be the manager aswell as the owner 
being fired doesn't mean the game ends, the game ends when you retire.

this same concept made people play FM for 25 years
most of them invested no less than 4 hours in the game per day.

I'm not going to say too much about this yet as it needs more planning.

But we are planning on multiple game modes of which one is a campaign mode where you play as a manager.
