Is there any chance in the near future that we are going to finally get the registrations in the N123AB correct format for the USA rather than N-12345... maybe it's my ocd but I'm just saying

Hello, my name is Derrick. I am an airline fanatic and a business exec. I know quite a bit about the real world airline community and would love to be a part of this game. I am not, however, savvy on the technical side. My strengths come from the business side of things. 

I have downloaded the version of the game but I am not sure how to get started and or how to play. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if I can help in anyway.

So hi guys!

Today I would like to show you the work I was able to do.

This is the New Ryanair .xml for the AI (or at leat I think the AI is looking for this document).

So, at the beggining I've added some Airliners to the poll:




After this I started to add the Destinations (One Way Only, the game should automatically create return flights, if I got it correctly from the 9 Air file, what was as a basis for me):

So this was my first try.

I still have to test it in-game, but I opened this thread to ask Pjank and Tjoeker about one thing:
- Is the AI sniffing theese .xml's to play from them?

Anyway, I'm planning to update ALL THE AIRLINES in the game.
Well, I was not completely honest with you:
I've allready done some work with AeroFlot, Air France, AerLingus and other smaller and larger airlines and I'm trying to update them completely, hopefully the game can make use of it.

long story short i hope this game evolves (not now for sure maybe later releases) to be centred on a character you create (an airline manager) and then either start unemployed and get offers from smaller airlines or manage a specific airline straight up or even found your own airline. you'll be doing all the stuff you do nowa nd more. also your job stability would depend on the board of investors satisfaction with your work.
Much like the concept of FM from SI/Sega, this will be a game changer.

Let me introduce myself:

My name is Martin, I'm from Italy and I am a musician, singer and an airline enthusiast.
I can also understand something from programming and other stuff.

Right now I would like to create a new Main Menu music and some background music to the game, also trying to fix some additional things in the game.

Till now I've never been hooked to any game like this one, and as The Airline Project needs some help (as it relies on our input as playtesters for the bugs) I would like to contribute somehow to help the game to become even better.

Hey guys! So today I have a lot of time, so I fired up my old PC where I was able to start a new project to have some music at least in the Main Menu of the game.

I will update it when I have time, right now, it's a little chilly tune to listen to.

If you want me to create a full version, just let me know.

I would really like to add some extra touch to the game.

Release v0.1:

- Created a basic Chill tune.
- Added some effects to the channels.
- Fully Synthesized Sounds.

Hi guys! Today I present to you the "Corporation Income Tax" system. It took me a while to find all the data, but it's completely accurate and, to my knowledge, all the countries has been inserted to the stats.

Release notes v1.0:

- Added all possible Countries to the .xml file with realistic rates with data took from the data.SQLITE datasheet.
- Added 8 new entries to the data.SQLITE datasheet.
- Corrected Errors within the data.SQLITE datasheet.
- Added new flags for some countries.
- Initial Release.

Further updates may be created, but there is a chance that it will not be necessary.

- Dimensions: 300MB (included some of the rework of the Airport demand too, which will become obsolete after the next major release).

Install Instructions:

So here it is, it has never been added to the CrashLog, I discovered it while running in Visual Studio (was debugging the updated Tax Info for the game country by country).
This bug occurs sometimes only, when creating a new game and setting the Competitor airline count (by clicking on it). It's Not a Game-breaking bug, but VS catches it as an exception, so it may slow the game down.
