Hey all,

So I am trying to take my aircraft from one flight and add them onto another. It seems like there is no easy way to do this and even when I manually add another route and take the last route off of the schedule it still shows it as flying the last route. I am using the latest version.

I also noticed that anytime I have a contract terminal but build a terminal at that airport, once the contract is up it deletes the route instead of just transferring to my new terminal. Not only this but it also makes it so if I try to move the aircraft to the new route it is immediate crash.

Any help is appreciated, please please please build a better UI for Aircraft Routing/Deleting a Route/Adding a Route

Another thing that would be cool if there would be already existing routes from other airlines at the start of the game.

I have a question about the new version of airline project: Is it possible to make more than one flight a day with a plane? I found that quite complicated in the first version. For example I do not want to fly a plane from Frankfurt to Paris three times a day. Maybe it would be cool to fly from FRA to Paris and back and after that from FRA to PMI for example. I think it would also be cool if one just had a pool of pilots and cabin crew and not assign pilots to one specific type of aircraft.
What do you think of these suggestions and will the be in the new version?

As I create new routes I start to get the message "At least one of the airports selected does not have a free gate".

Why am I getting this message?  Surely availability of gates must be determined by the frequency of flights, not the number or routes, right?

Hello,

It would be great to have a gate schedule to select the gate number for a flight.  This might appear below the airport, beside the departure time in the Route Scheduler.  After selecting the airport for departure, click "Gate" and choose from a list of available gates at that time.  If none available be prompted to lease another.

It would also be good to differentiate between the cost of using an air bridge, hard stand, helepad and water.  This could be done visually with a colour or symbol.

It would be great to display the gate number in the flight schedule inside the space marked for the layover time.

Hello,

I seem to have found a little loophole in the aircraft leasing page.  If the aircraft I want isn't there I simply close the game, after saving if I wish, and open the game again.  Even if the game is paused there will be more aircraft available to lease.

Let's say I want to start an airline in 1946 with 20 or 30 Lockheed L-049's.  When I first start there may be between 0 and 5 or 10 for lease on 01/01/1946.  I lease them, save the game, close TAP and start it again, load the saved game and go back to the lease window.  The date remains 01/01/1946 because the game is paused, but there will be more L-049's available to lease.

If I do this a handful of times I soon have 30 L-049's on my books, even though it is still 01/01/1946.

Hello,

I'm wanting to know how the maintenance works in game.  When set to Auto does it cancel flights or will it swap the schedule to another available aircraft?

If set to manual, I presume I transfer the schedule to another aircraft to avoid cancelled flights and wait until the maintenance is complete.  Is this correct?  If so, how long do A, B, C and D checks take in game?
