Area Maps
In this appendix, we show you what area ID corresponds with what area on a map. If you come across a value named 'area=""', these are the values you have to fill in. Most areas are included, except for some tiny islands in the Pacific Ocean. You can find those missing areas in the database. (data/data.sqlite)
